Ingredients for Pie Iron Tacos

  • Two 6-inch flour tortillas, buttered on the outside
  • Seasoned ground beef (taco-style)
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: jalapeños, onions, or salsa for extra flavor



Recipe Instructions for Hot Pocket Tacos

  1. Butter both sides of two tortillas.
  2. Place one tortilla (butter side out) on your Toas-Tite® grill.
  3. Add seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  4. Layer the second tortilla on top, butter side out.
  5. Close the Toas-Tite® grill and trim any extra tortilla edges.
  6. Toast for about 1¼ minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
