Toas-Tite Warranty:

This warranty covers products purchased only from the Toas-Tite website.

If you have received a Toas-Tite product that has been damaged in manufacturing or shipping, follow the instructions below to receive a replacement.

E-mail: chef@toastite.biz with the following information:

• Photo of the damage.
• Name and address as it appears on your order.
• Date of order.
• Order number.

Toas-Tite, LLC will contact you by e-mail before a replacement is sent.

For Toas-Tite products purchased from Amazon, Walmart, or other online marketplaces, please return the Toas-Tite to the seller.

Shipping:

Toas-Tite, LLC ships at no charge within the continental United States.

Toas-Tite does not ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
